PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast travels to second-place East Mississippi for yet another important MACCC baseball doubleheader Saturday.
The Bulldogs take on the Lions, who are receiving votes in the latest NJCAA top-20, starting at 2 p.m. The games will be streamed at https://www.youtube.com/c/EMCCathletics.

- MGCCC: 12-17/7-7 MACCC, T-6th place in conference
- East Mississippi: 15-12/10-4 MACCC, 2nd place in conference
Last Time Out
- MGCCC split with No. 14 East Central at Perkinston on Thursday, dropping the first game 11-6 before winning the second 13-4.
- East Mississippi got swept by Northeast Mississippi on Wednesday, losing 4-1 and 2-1 in Booneville.
Previous Meeting
On March 27, 2021, Gulf Coast swept a doubleheader against EMCC 6-3 and 10-0, the second game ending after five innings. Dawson Flowers threw a no-hitter in the second game.
