Women’s Soccer launches Aug. 21
PERKINSTON — The Mississippi Gulf Coast women's soccer team hopes to launch another run to the national tournament on Aug. 21 when the Bulldogs open the 2026 season over in Alabama.
Coach Ryan Joiner's Bulldogs will be playing St. Louis in Daphne, Ala., to open the campaign. Last year's team made it all the way to the NJCAA Division II Championship in Wichita, Kan., and this group will be aiming for a trip to Huntsville, Ala., in November.
Gulf Coast's first home match will be Aug. 28 when East Central, from Missouri, visits Bary Thrash Field. It's the first of nine dates at Perk for the women, and tickets are on sale now. The Bulldogs open play in the rugged MACCC on Sept. 15 with a trip to Itawamba, and their first home conference showdown will be Sept. 22 when East Mississippi comes to Perk.
Season passes for all Gulf Coast soccer matches, women's and men's, cost $50 plus fees for adults, with youth passes going for $30.
Single-game tickets purchased online cost $7 for adults and $5 for youth. At the gate, it's $10 for adults and $7 for youth. All online tickets can be purchased at http://mgcccbulldogs.com/tickets.
