McGrew named MACJC Player of the Week
PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast catcher/designated hitter Logan McGrew has been named MACJC Player of the Week for Feb. 5-11.
McGrew, a sophomore from Sumrall, drove in five runs in a sweep of State Fair. In a 14-7 win, he went 2-for-4 with a double, a two-run single and a sacrifice fly. He added two more RBI and another double in a 12-0 win in Game 2.
McGrew will be eligible for NJCAA Player of the Week honors.
