Bulldogs beat Hinds 7-2

PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast's first men's tennis match of the spring season was a rousing success, with the Bulldogs beating Hinds 7-2 at the MGCCC Tennis Complex.

The Bulldogs swept the three doubles matches, and Austin Vos (Fr, Perth, Australia/Applecross), John Murphy (So, Mobile, Ala./McGill-Toolen), Reid Cudd (So, Wiggins/Stone) and Evan Chubb (Fr, Biloxi/St. Patrick) won their singles matches.

Gulf Coast is now 1-0 in MACJC play.

The Bulldogs return to action Thursday they travel to Holmes. First serve is at 3 p.m.
